These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and pc666 ("pc666", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pc666.co and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions.

pc666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the withholding of any associated balance pending investigation.

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain one (1) pc666 account only. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether by the same individual or through related identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

All deposits made to your pc666 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and linked to a verified Philippine identity. pc666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources, anonymous payment methods, or any instrument not verifiably associated with the account holder.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements, bonus terms, and compliance checks. pc666 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if additional verification is required.

pc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a PAGCOR directive or court order requiring account closure.
• Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, pc666 reserves the right to void and forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including real-money balance, bonus balance, and pending withdrawals, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and PAGCOR guidelines. In cases of termination for non-breach reasons (e.g., self-exclusion, voluntary closure), any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after standard compliance checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pc666 live chat support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and identity confirmation.

pc666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to minimise harm seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pc666 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period of 24 hours when increased.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pc666 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the platform or its content without express prior written consent from pc666.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pc666's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pc666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if pc666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pc666 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by pc666's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

pc666 processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as overseen by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By registering an account, you acknowledge that pc666 will collect, store, use, and in some cases share your personal data as described in the pc666 Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. Your data is never sold to third-party marketers. Data sharing with third parties is limited to payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios (where necessary for gameplay), and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your pc666 account, or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to raise disputes through pc666's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. pc666 undertakes to respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to seek an amicable resolution wherever possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pc666's internal process, players who are Philippine residents may also raise complaints with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels, given that pc666 operates under a PAGCOR Interactive Gaming License and is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution oversight.

pc666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — pc666 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via your registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pc666 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
